Mark is responsible for sales, marketing and customer relations.
Mark has been selling environmental alarms for over 10 years and has built up a vast knowledge of the technical elements for this equipment. He comes from a technical sales and mechanical engineering background and has combined this with skills gained in marketing. As a result, he has the ability to recognise what the market needs and provide simple solutions to meet this.
OFFICE MANAGER
Claire is responsible for running the busy sales and administration office.
Her role includes the first point of contact for customers, accounts and general administration. Claire comes from a background of working in management roles for blue-chip organisations.
