July 2018 – Envirotech Alarms Ltd are proud to announce and welcome Claire Thompson as the new Office Manager. Claire will have management responsibilities for ensuring that the office runs efficiently and productively.

Claire’s role in the business is to raise our level of customer service by acting as the first point of contact, ensure our policies and procedures are up to date and provide a very welcome support role to the rest of our staff.

The decision to create the post of office manager is a reflection on the growing success within the business. As our sales increase year on year it is vital to have the backup to support our ever-growing client base. First class customer support is the corner stone of our success, Claire will be instrumental in us being able to maintain and improve on this.
