Which Water Leak Detection Kit Do I Need?

This kit includes a LeakStop water leak detector alarm panel, a 3m connection cable with a factory fitted socket, a 3m length of sensor tape and floor clips to hold the sensor tape in position. You can add a shut-off valve that will automatically switch off the water supply in the event of a leak.

The sensor tape is usually installed under the kick board under the sink unit. This protects the pipe work feeding the taps as well as covering the waste from the sink. Should a leak occur, water will drip onto the sensor tape and immediately trigger an alarm. As soon as an alarm occurs, the LeakStop panel will emit an audible and visual alarm and if fitted switch off the water to the area by automatically closing the solenoid valve.

The Tea Point leak detection package includes everything required and the only additional requirement is a connection to a 230V AC supply.

Although the Tea Point leak detection kit covers most Tea Point areas, we understand that sometimes longer lengths of sensor tape are needed.  Additional sensor tape can be ordered to account for this.

Comms room leak detection kit

A complete leak detection package designed to protect smaller Comms Rooms (up to 5m x 5m) from being damaged by water leaks.  The kit includes a LeakStopper 1 water leak detector panel, connection cables, 20 metres of sensor tape and an external beacon.

We also have a complete environmental monitoring package designed for Comms rooms and server rooms to detect leaks and alert a high temperature.  The package is made up of a LeakStopper 2 zone alarm panel connected to water leak detection sensor tape and a temperature sensor.  Zone 1 will continuously monitor for the presence of a water leak derived from a build up of condensate or a leaking water pipe.  Zone 2 is connected to a temperature senor capable of detecting rises in temperature up to 30 degree C and will trigger once the set max temp has been reached.

Buy a water leak detection package for your Plant room.  The Leakstopper 1 alarm can detect water leaks and is ideal for small to medium rooms (larger rooms can be accommodated with the addition of extra water leak sensors).  The kit includes a LeakStopper 1 alarm panel, connection cables, 4 x sensor probes and an external beacon.

For plant rooms that also need gas monitoring, this package pairs a LeakStopper 2 panel with water sensor probes on one zone and an optional gas sensor on the other, which can detect natural gas, refrigerant gas, CO2 or CO. An external beacon means an alarm is seen as well as heard.

Our pub cellar water leak detection kit contains everything required to quickly alert you that there is a problem and water is present where it shouldn’t be. Most pub cellars by their very nature are sub ground level and it is not always possible for water to escape in the event of a leak. Using the Pub Cellar water leak detection package will give an immediate alarm and allow for quick remedial actions to be put in place.

The kit comes with a LeakStop alarm panel that can be positioned in an area where it will be easily seen and heard. A connection cable links this to a sensor probe that is fixed to the floor of the cellar. As soon as water touches the probe the alarm panel will trigger and output an audible and visual alert.
